Embraco – Compressor Manufacturer

The USD 90 million project will be Embraco’s first factory in Mexico. The facility will be 355,200 square feet and will include Manufacturing and a Technical Center. The Technical Center will include five laboratories to ensure product quality and adapt to customers’ cooling systems.

The building adopts the elements of the green-building concept, based on the best practices in sustainable building.

These practices include the installation of control systems for temperature, water, and energy consumption.

The elevators, ramps, and entries will have more physical space for complete accessibility. Embraco-Mexico will also have highly energy efficient equipment and use natural gas as its primary energy source.
