Project Description:
The five-story hospital was designed to be built in two phases: Shell & Core and Tenant Improvements. Each floor is split into six distinct and independent occupancies.

Services Provided:

• BIM Plumbing Design and Drafting for Cold and Hot Water Supply Systems, Storm and Sanitary Drainage, and Gas Supply

• BIM Mechanical Design Including Equipment Selection, Air Balance, and Ductwork Layout
