ENG provided a BIM execution plan and trade coordination for the renovation and expansion of H.M. Comer Hall, supporting the modernization of an existing academic facility while retaining the majority of its concrete structural frame.
The project involved full replacement of building systems and most of the exterior envelope, along with new multi-story additions on the east and west sides of the building. ENG’s BIM services supported the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP systems for a facility housing lecture halls, administrative offices, and advanced additive and subtractive manufacturing spaces.
