El Monte Gateway Parcel 4

ENG provided mechanical piping BIM modeling and coordination services for El Monte Gateway – Parcel 4, delivering LOD 350 mechanical pipe models developed in Revit 2018 from design CAD and PDF documents. ENG’s scope included modeling of mechanical piping systems above 1.5 inches, tubing, insulation where required, pumps, valves, drains, pipe connections, racks, hangers, and all necessary access hatches and maintenance clearances.

Using Revit and Navisworks Manage, ENG coordinated the mechanical models with architectural, plumbing, and electrical trades, producing regular clash detection reports and finalized coordinated models.
