EERB – University of Wyoming

ENG provided BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination services for the Engineering Education and Research Building (EERB), a 109,000 sq ft advanced institutional facility at the University of Wyoming supporting engineering instruction, research labs, and collaborative makerspaces.

ENG’s scope included mechanical duct, piping, and plumbing BIM modeling at LOD 350, coordinated with architectural and other trade models to support clash detection, MEP coordination, and layout documentation, including sleeve and penetration drawings to improve constructability and installation accuracy on this complex educational project.
