    Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the primary international airport serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area in the U.S. state of Texas. In 2015, DFW served a record number 64,174,163 passengers. With a 17,500-acre site, the airport covers an area the size of Manhattan. In addition to being America’s largest airport at the time, DFW is heralded for its convenience and its crisp, clean detailing that emphasizes precast concrete as both structural and finished material.

DFW Airport is undergoing a $2.7 billion “Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program” (TRIP), which encompasses renovations of the original four terminals (A, B, C and E). Terminal A was the first terminal to undergo these renovations.

The entire TRIP project should be complete by the end of 2020. Two stainless steel mesh patterns woven by Cambridge Architectural were used to envelop the new Terminal A Enhanced Parking Structure.
