ENG Acquires e-verse, Strengthening Its AI and Automation Capabilities for the AEC Industry

ENG, the largest BIM service provider in the U.S., has acquired e-verse, a construction technology company specializing in AI-powered software solutions for the AEC industry.

Since 2007, ENG has helped MEP contractors, general contractors, owners, and A/E firms turn design intent into build-ready BIM and VDC deliverables. With more than 7,600 projects completed across data centers, industrial facilities, healthcare, infrastructure, and other complex project types, ENG is supported by a team of more than 800 VDC experts focused on constructability, reliability, and field-ready delivery.

Over the past several years, ENG has also invested heavily in artificial intelligence, developing capabilities that enable its teams to deliver more constructable models, work more efficiently, and help customers accelerate project schedules.

The acquisition of e-verse builds on that investment by bringing a team with deep AEC and software expertise directly into ENG.

Technology Built Specifically for AEC

Founded in 2021 and based in Miami, Florida, e-verse brings together architects, engineers, software developers, and data specialists focused on solving technology challenges specific to the AEC industry.

Its work spans AI-powered scheduling and predictive analytics, custom Revit and Autodesk Platform Services integrations, computer vision, and cloud-based process automation. These solutions are designed around the workflows and challenges of complex projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing plants.

e-verse is also not new to ENG. The company has served as a technology partner for ENG for years, giving both teams an established understanding of one another’s people, processes, and platforms well before the acquisition.

That existing relationship creates a natural foundation for bringing the two teams together.

Expanding What ENG Can Deliver

Adding e-verse strengthens ENG’s existing AI and automation capabilities while expanding the technology expertise available to its customers.

More importantly, it brings together two complementary areas of expertise: ENG’s experience delivering constructable BIM and VDC at scale, and e-verse’s ability to build technology around the workflows AEC teams use every day.

Together, the teams will be able to help customers not only improve BIM and VDC delivery, but also identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, connect fragmented systems, make better use of project data, and develop custom solutions for specific operational challenges.

We’re excited to welcome Valentin Noves and the entire e-verse team to ENG. e-verse has been a trusted technology partner for ENG for years, and we’ve seen firsthand the caliber of talent and ingenuity they bring to solving real problems in our industry. Bringing their AI and automation expertise fully into ENG allows us to accelerate what we already do best; building more constructable models that improve our customers’ schedules, while giving our clients a true technology partner as they expand their use of AI and automation.

What This Means for ENG Clients

ENG clients will gain access to a broader set of technology capabilities while continuing to work with the same reliable BIM and VDC teams they know today, including:

  • Custom AI, automation, and data solutions tailored to AEC workflows and project needs.
  • Deeper Revit and Autodesk Platform Services integration capabilities.
  • Greater support for automating repetitive processes and connecting project data across systems.
  • Continued delivery of reliable, build-ready BIM and VDC services.
  • One partner combining constructable BIM delivery with the technology and software expertise to support it

The acquisition represents another step in ENG’s continued investment in technology that makes BIM and VDC delivery more efficient, practical, and valuable to the teams responsible for building projects in the field.

ENG remains focused on the same goal: helping its customers deliver more constructable projects with greater predictability, now with even greater depth in AI, automation, and custom software.
