ENG delivered electrical BIM modeling and coordination services for the Naval Station Mayport NGIS Facility in Mayport, Florida, a new 77,817-square-foot lodging facility comprising 126 guest rooms and suites.
ENG developed LOD 350 electrical models in Revit and Navisworks from design CAD and PDF documents, covering lighting, power, fire alarm, telecommunications, AV, wireless, and security systems, including switchgear, generators, transformers, cable trays, and equipment clearances.
Ongoing coordination with architectural, mechanical, and plumbing trades supported clash detection and constructability review, helping ensure compliance with Department of Defense antiterrorism standards, accessibility requirements, and sustainable design criteria.
